Initial consultation is £30. This includes goal setting, a prescription of exercise's you can do at home, help with posture, lifestyle management, Nutritional advice, A full body analysis, a new plan every 4 weeks, and constant support from myself. These appointments take between 1hr 30m - 2 hrs
