How it works

Email support@transition.training or click Work with Mercy. Tell me where you are with your lifting and what you are trying to achieve.

You complete a short intake form. I review it and we align on goals, training history, and competition plans before your programme is built.

Your first programme is built from scratch and delivered on Fitr. You train, you submit your lifts, you get feedback. Every week.

Three months of proper coaching with the right eyes on your lifting. The technique improves. The total starts to move.

Frequently asked questions

I coach athletes at every level, from people preparing for their first competition to experienced senior competitors. What matters is that you are serious about your lifting and ready to commit to the process.
You film your sessions and submit your lifts through Fitr. I review them and give you detailed feedback on what is happening technically and what to focus on next session. I watch every lift.
Real adaptation takes time. Three months gives us a full training cycle, enough time to identify patterns, make meaningful adjustments, and see actual results in your lifting.
Absolutely. General development and technical improvement are just as valid a goal. Many athletes train with me between competition cycles to build a stronger technical foundation.
You continue on a rolling monthly basis. Most athletes stay on for multiple cycles. You are never locked in beyond the initial 3-month commitment.
