Who this is for

Coaching that accounts for your body, your schedule, and your goals.

Every block I write is specific to the individual in front of me. That means your mobility limitations, your competition calendar, the hours you have available, and the specific technical faults showing up in your lifts.

I have been competing internationally for nearly fifteen years. I have also been coaching for over a decade. Those two things together mean I understand what it takes to progress at every level of this sport, because I have lived it and watched it up close.

The problem

Why your lifting has stalled

Where you are right now
  • Your programme has not changed in months. Nobody is monitoring how you actually respond to load
  • Technical errors are compounding because the feedback loop is too slow
  • Competition prep is guesswork. You are peaking on feel, not structure
  • Your specific needs get lost training around athletes at different levels
  • You know something is off. You just cannot see it from where you are standing
Training with Mercy
  • A fully personalised programme written for your specific goals, training history, and schedule, reviewed and updated every block
  • Weekly check-ins to assess progress, address questions, and keep the training on track
  • Technical video analysis on your snatch and clean and jerk, with detailed written feedback
  • Direct access to me between check-ins for questions, adjustments, and support
  • Guidance on competition preparation when relevant, including peak planning, attempt selection, and meet-day strategy

What you get

Built around you. Every week.

Technical Video Analysis

Submit your lifts and I watch every one. You get specific, detailed feedback on exactly what to fix and the cues to take into your next session.

Weekly Check-Ins

Structured communication every week so nothing drifts. If something is not working, we catch it early and adjust before it becomes a problem.

Competition and Goal Setting

Whether you are building toward a competition or working toward a personal milestone, the programme reflects what you are actually training for. Your goal shapes the block, not the other way around.

Direct Access to Mercy

You are coached by me, directly. Nearly fifteen years of international competitive experience is behind every programme I write and every piece of feedback I give.

The process

How it works

Purchase your coaching and complete the onboarding questionnaire. I will review your application and get back to you within 48 hours.

We have an onboarding call to talk through your goals, training history, and what you need from coaching.

I write your first block. You train it, submit your check-in videos, and we refine from there.

Every block is reviewed before the next one is written. Your progress is the priority and your programme is built to support that.

Questions

Frequently asked questions

You do not need to be technically polished, but some familiarity with the movements helps. If you are brand new to weightlifting, the Learn to Lift option is a better starting point, and many athletes move into 1-to-1 coaching from there. If you are completely new, and just starting the Learn to Lift option will be better for you.
The programme is built around your schedule. Most athletes train three to five days per week. Tell me what you have available and I will work within that.
You can upload your session footage through our coaching app, I review it and send you written feedback with cues to take into your next session.
That is part of the intake conversation. I have coached athletes through injury, around chronic limitations, and back from significant time off. Your programme will account for what your body is dealing with.
Blocks are typically twelve weeks. That is long enough to see meaningful progress and short enough that we can reassess and adjust before anything becomes stale.
Absolutely. The technical and programming principles are the same. If you want your snatch and clean and jerk to be genuinely strong lifts rather than movements you survive, this is the right environment.
Email support@transition.training and I will come back to you directly.
