You want a coach physically in the room, catching things a camera angle will miss. You are London-based, you want consistent weekly sessions, and you want your programming and sessions to be one connected plan.

In-person coaching changes what is possible technically. The timing of a cue matters. So does the energy of training alongside someone who has stood on those platforms.

Fill in the enquiry form and I will be in touch within 48 hours to discuss your goals, confirm availability, and arrange the first session.
Weightlifting shoes if you have them. If you do not, we can work around that. I provide all other necessary equipment.
You do not. In-person sessions work well for athletes at all levels, including those who are early in their weightlifting journey. The coaching adapts to where you are.
That depends on where you are in your development and what you need. For most athletes, a combination of regular in-person sessions and structured solo training works best. We work that out together.
This package includes 4 in-person weightlifting sessions and a monthly bespoke programme for in between sessions. If you want a very specific experience, let's discuss and build that for you.
