Olympic Weightlifting Workshop with Mercy Brown

Three hours of focused, technical weightlifting coaching.

Mercy's workshops are small, hands-on, and technically specific. You will work on your snatch and clean and jerk with direct coaching from an international GB weightlifter and experienced coach. You will leave with technical understanding you can take into every session after.

Questions

Frequently asked questions

The workshops are designed to be genuinely useful across experience levels. Whether you have been lifting for six months or several years, the coaching will meet you where you are. Complete beginners are welcome.
Weightlifting shoes if you have them, training kit, and water. A barbell and plates are provided at the venue.
Numbers are kept small deliberately but the intention is always that every person in the room gets real coaching time.
The technical quality of the coaching is the same, but the format is different. In a workshop you are in a group setting and the coaching time is shared. Many athletes attend a workshop first and then move into 1-to-1 coaching once they have experienced the environment and know it is the right fit for them.
Please get in touch with support@transition.training as early as possible if your plans change. Tickets are not refundable but we can transfer you to a future date.
Yes, and many athletes do. The content is technically detailed enough that you will take something different from each session depending on where your lifting is at the time.
