Built for every level of lifter

Whether you have never lifted before, you have been training for a while and know there are technical gaps, or you are a CrossFit athlete who wants to lift the Olympic movements with more precision.

Three hours is enough time to genuinely change how you move under the bar. You will leave knowing what you are doing, why it matters, and exactly what to work on next.

Frequently asked questions

No. The workshop is open to complete beginners and experienced athletes alike. The coaching adapts to the level of each person in the room.
The session covers the foundations of the snatch and clean and jerk with expert technical coaching throughout. The exact content adapts to who is in the room. You will leave with specific things to work on and a clear understanding of the movements.
Places are strictly limited to keep the group small enough for individual attention throughout the session. Every person gets eyes on their lifting, not just a group demonstration.
Appropriate gym clothing. Lifting shoes if you have them, otherwise flat-soled trainers work fine. All equipment is provided at Fort Training.
Places are transferable if you cannot attend. For cancellations more than 7 days before the event a full refund is available. Cancellations within 7 days are non-refundable but your place can be transferred to another person.
