Who this is for

You are ready to start for real

You are curious about Olympic weightlifting and want to learn it properly from day one. You understand these are technical movements that require expert coaching. You want the right foundation in place before any habits need to be unpicked later.

The right foundation built in four weeks is worth more than a year of self-taught lifting.

The programme

Four weeks. One foundation.

01
Week One
The foundations

Positions, footwork, and the basic mechanics of the snatch and clean. The movement vocabulary everything else is built on.

02
Week Two
Building the lift

Connecting positions into the full movement pattern. Pulls, hang work, and building real confidence under the bar.

03
Week Three
Load and technique

Introducing load progressively. Learning how your body responds and refining technique as the bar gets heavier.

04
Week Four
Putting it together

Full lifts at working weights. A clear picture of where you are and a direction for what comes next.
